Assistant Foreign Minister Zhai Jun Meets with Visiting Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo Antoine Gizenga Fundji and Gives Dinner in His Honor

On July 25, 2008, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Zhai Jun made a special trip to Guangzhou to meet with visiting Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo Antoine Gizenga Fundji and his wife and gave a dinner in their honor. Zhai spoke highly of bilateral ties, saying that the Chinese government cherishes the traditional friendship between the two countries and is ready to join hands with the Congolese side to push their friendly cooperative relations to a higher level.
