Passports and Visas | The Visa Office reopened as of February 3, 2023. At current stage, only visa applications are processed at the Office. Office Hours: 9:30-14:30 (Monday to Friday, except weekends and holidays). Visaapplicants (or agents) need to log on to the website https://avas.mfa.gov.cn/ "Appointment for Visa Application Submission (AVAS)", and make appointments for on-site submission at the Visa Office to submit the physical visa application documents. Applications for Legalization/authentication continue to be processed by e-mail while passport, travel document applications continue to be conducted by APP. | ||
