On Sept 24, Deputy Consul General Bi Gang attended Hainan IT industry promotion conference in Mountain View. A delegation led by Mr. Li Guoliang, Deputy Governor of Hainan province, joined the event. Silicon Valley China Wireless Technology Association(SVC Wireless) held the conference. About 100 specialists from silicon valley took part in the event. The delegation introduced investment environment and policies in Hainan. Mr. Li Guoliang unveiled Hainan IT liaison office in Silicon Valley.

Deputy Consul General Bi Gang addressed at the meeting, and encouraged specialists to help promote China-US science and technology cooperation.
